Great prices Friendly staff Will rent from them next time I'm in Miramar
Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Renting a golf cart from Miramar Beach Golf Cart Rentals was one of the best decisions we made on our trip! From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and easy — booking online was fast, the communication was clear, and the team was friendly and professional. The golf cart itself was spotless, well-maintained, and super fun to drive. You can tell they really care about the quality of their vehicles. It ran perfectly the entire time and made getting around Miramar Beach an absolute breeze.
HORRIBLE customer service! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I am not one to leave bad reviews but in this case, I felt it necessary! We rented 2 6 seater golf carts and paid a lot while we were there for the week of July 4th. They do not offer pick up or delivery so we walked all the way to seascape golf club from our condo (about 1.5 miles) to pick up the golf carts we rented. We realized that the parking brake didn’t work when we got back to the condo on one of them. We were on a very steep driveway and therefore, we had to return the golf cart. We called and spoke with Ethan.
