I have firefighters workers compensation insurance and they are very slow in paying Complete Care Medical Supply for my sleep apnea supplies. I need face masks replaced regularly and Complete Care Medical Supply has supplied me with new supplies while waiting to be reimburst. Yesterday, my machine was not working properly and Kraig called me from the field and fixed my unit over the phone. I was impressed that they made an immediate effort to solve my breathing issues.
3 years ago Complete Medical Supply supplied my family member with medical equipment. They were professional, kind, and moved quickly. The equipment is high quality and still looks new. I recommend this company.
